It’s all Ice Cream’ has been written with an intention to help parents facilitate beautiful conversations with their children about topics integral to their spiritual grounding, nourishment and understanding of the world.
It marry’s together high level ideas of God, religions, spirituality, tolerance, mortality, life purpose, science, mindfulness and even death with a light and endearing playfulness that should appeal to a young reader aged 8 and up.
The words in the book are kept simple, but with ideas so big we have infused beautiful visionary art illustrations to set alight the readers imaginations so adults and children alike enjoy the journey it takes them on.
The spiritual ideas are largely based upon those held within Kriya Yoga but there is also an importance placed upon the essence of truth at the base of all regions and an introduction to ideas of the metaphysical world.
We hope to have created something beautiful...a touching conversation between a mother and daughter that offers light, love, tolerance and acceptance into a world that needs it.
Our Story
Author - Lianne Coombes
Mum to an amazing little 3 year old daughter and business owner.
Lianne's passion is to share the joy of life that can be found through spiritual practise and the way in which we view the world. Driven by flooding the world with light to cut through the dark, she is keen to play her part in the global awakening that is happening now. Bringing spotlight to the truly valuable aspects of living, beyond the blinding distractions that modern day society has created.
Her personal mission is to contribute towards solid foundations for the next generations spiritual journeys, so that they may have a little 'step ahead' than many of us had. This mission created the seeds for 'It's all Ice Cream'
Illustrator - Emma Garrard
International traveller since 2017 Emma has shared her work all around the world with exhibitions throughout Europe, USA, Australia and Central America
Emma’s work started as a narrative of her personal healing journey with plant medicines, meditation and energy healing. Then further developing as a method of documenting, teachings, stories, prophecies and other literature from community elders and spiritual leaders.
She hopes to inspire connection to the light source within every one of us.
A remembering of ‘source’ and sovereignty of choice.
Working closely with the transformative festival scene, permaculture and community development the intention of her work is to serve as a guiding light back to a personal truth held with in each of our hearts and a way back to ‘home.’
